Michael Cabot is the founder and Artistic Director of LCT. He has directed all 48 productions since its debut in 2000.

Kathryn Cabot is an actress and producer. She joined LCT as programmer in 2014 and began producing in 2016.

Michael and Kathryn have overseen the company’s transition from the London Fringe in the 1990s to its position as one of the UK’s leading touring companies.
